现代煤化工的迅速发展，造成了工艺操作技术人员短缺。气化炉 是煤化工的源头工序，控制联锁复杂，其操作的平稳性直接影响着整个 工厂的效益，和利时OTS仿真平台具有工艺机理模型、任意分组、故障 演练等功能，可实现虚拟工厂与真实DCS操作相结合，为现代煤化工工 艺技术培训提供一体化解决方案，提升操作水平，推动行业人才发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of modern coal chemical industry, there is a shortage of technical personnel in process operation. The gasifier is the source process of coal chemical industry, the control interlock is complex, and its operation stability directly affects the benefit of the whole plant. Hollysys OTS simulation platform has the functions of process mechanism model, arbitrary grouping, fault drill, etc. It can combine virtual factory with real DCS operation, provide integrated solution for modern coal chemical technology training, improve operation level and promote the development of industry talents.
